How Billing Works: Fractional + Transparent
At Every Task, we bill based on actual time spent, not retainers. You’re only charged for the hours (or minutes) we actively work on your business — no flat rates, no unused hours, no guesswork.
That means:
You’re billed fractionally, in real time
If we spend 12 minutes on a task, you’re billed for 12 minutes — not a full hour
Your costs reflect the real value of the work delivered
This flexible approach is perfect for business owners who want expert support without the commitment of fixed retainers.
Every minute is logged, visible, and accounted for — because your trust matters.
Time Tracking with Clockify
We use Clockify, a trusted time-tracking tool, to log all billable hours.
Your assistant and team members track:
Task work
Communication time (email, Slack, Loom, etc.)
Project coordination
Admin or prep work related to your account
You receive a full breakdown every Monday, automatically — so you can see exactly how your time was used and by whom.
How Invoicing Works
We invoice bi-weekly or monthly based on actual time tracked — no upfront retainers or fixed commitments.
Invoices are sent on Mondays or the 1st of the month depending on the package you are on, and the reflect the total time logged from the prior period
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, Stripe, credit card, Paypal
For ongoing clients, payments can be automated
