  • At least one of: LinkedIn (50+ connections), Facebook (50+ friends), Instagram (business account with followers), or Gmail (active inbox)
  • Claude Code installed: download it free here (takes 2 minutes to set up)

Export your data: pick your platform

Every major platform lets you download your own data. It is totally legal, totally allowed, and takes about 5 minutes per platform. Pick one (or all of them) and follow the steps below:

Prompt 1 Paste this into Claude Code: it will ask you the first question

I want to build a prospect intelligence report using my own exported contact data. I may have data from LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Gmail, or a combination. The end result will be a ranked shortlist of my best prospects, personalized outreach messages written in my own voice, a CSV file, and a custom-designed HTML dashboard with a copy button on every message.

Before you do anything else, ask me this one question and wait for my answer:

"Which platforms do you have data from: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, or a mix? And do you already have the export files, or do you need me to walk you through how to get them first?"

If I do not have the files yet, walk me through exactly how to export data from whichever platform(s) I choose, step by step. Each takes about 5 minutes and is 100% permitted by each platform.

Once I confirm I have the file(s), stop and wait. I will send you the next prompt.

I have my data file(s) ready. Before you start the analysis, ask me the following 4 questions one at a time. Wait for my full answer to each question before asking the next one. Do not proceed to the analysis until I have answered all four.

Q1"What job titles or types of people represent your ideal prospect: the people who could actually hire you or buy from you? Be as specific as you like."
Q2"What industries or types of companies do you want to target? And is there anything specific, a topic, challenge, or initiative, that would make someone extra interesting to you?"
Q3"How would you describe your own communication voice? I will write every outreach message to sound exactly like you, so describe how you actually talk. Are you formal or casual? Funny or straight? What do you never say?"
Q4"What do you want to happen after someone reads your message: what is the ideal next step or call to action?"

Once I have answered all four, proceed with the full analysis:

  1. Read my data file(s): LinkedIn CSV, Facebook JSON, Instagram JSON, Gmail CSV, or a combination, and filter contacts matching Q1
  2. Tell me how many decision-makers you found vs total contacts across all files
  3. Research the top 25 filtered results using public web search only: company size, AI/transformation signals, recent news. No platform scraping.
  4. Score each person out of 100: Authority 30pts · Scale 20pts · Network 25pts · Proximity 15pts · Warmth 10pts
  5. For the top 10, write a 2-3 sentence outreach message in my voice: specific, real, ending with my CTA. Smart friend, not vendor.
  6. Ask me one question about how I want the dashboard to look, then generate a CSV + a custom HTML dashboard with a copy button on every message.

Tell Claude who you are looking for

Before Claude touches your CSV, you need to tell it how to score and rank your connections based on your business, your niche, and your goals. Open Claude and answer these four questions:

Who is your ideal prospect by title?

Tell Claude exactly what job titles mean "this person could hire me." Be specific: the more specific you are, the better the filter.

Example "CEOs, Founders, COOs, VPs of Operations, and Directors at companies between 50-500 employees. I want decision-makers who control budget, not people who influence it."

What industry or business signals matter most to you?

What kinds of companies do you want to work with? And what would make someone extra interesting, like if they are already talking about a problem you solve?

Example "I want people in real estate, construction, or professional services. But I especially want anyone who has publicly mentioned AI, digital transformation, or scaling their team."

How do you want the final report to look?

Claude will build you a custom-designed HTML dashboard. Describe your vibe: colors, feel, aesthetic. You do not need to know design language, just describe it like you would describe a room.

Example "Dark background, electric green accents, bold editorial typography. The score should look like a jersey number. Clean, confident, not corporate."

What is your outreach goal?

What do you want to happen after you send the message? Claude will bake this into every personalized message it writes, so be honest about what a "win" looks like for you.

Example "I want a 20-minute exploratory call. I am not pitching, I am opening a door. The message should feel like a smart friend reaching out, not a vendor. Warm, direct, a little fun."

Upload your Connections.csv to Claude and paste the prompt. Claude will filter your connections down to decision-makers and score each one across 5 dimensions:
