Our Review Process
We’ll carefully assess each referral against our quality criteria. For those not already part of our talent community, we’ll extend an invitation to join us and mention your referral in our outreach.
Step 3
Reward System
When a referral results in a successful freelancing partnership with us, we’ll express our gratitude with a R2500 reward for you. Please note that rewards are issued for the first successful hire of each referred individual only.
Guidelines for Referral

Referral Form Instructions:
Simply fill out your name and email, along with the name, email, and a brief note about your referral (e.g., “Former colleague, exceptional graphic designer, currently seeking freelance opportunities”). While including their LinkedIn profile is optional, it enhances the referral’s priority in our review process.
